Leo’s career spans diverse regions including Europe, India, and Southeast Asia. He previously served as Executive Director and a member of the investment committee at SA Capital in Singapore, where he played a pivotal role in driving strategic investments. Additionally, he was the Chief Operating Officer at MTS India, a major telecom venture, where he oversaw key operational initiatives and contributed to the company’s growth. In a previous assignment, Leo was with Mars Inc. in various management positions and in different geographies across Europe. He was responsible for new product development, marketing and new brand launches. At The Future Food Foundry, Leo serves as the Co-Founder and Managing Director. His extensive experience in investment and operational roles across various sectors drives 3F’s vision and initiatives. Dmitry Rudenko is a seasoned business executive with a distinguished career in general management, management consulting, and strategic development. Dmitry began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company and later continued it in high-level strategic roles, including serving as CEO for companies in the hi-tech and agricultural sectors, where he demonstrated his capability to foster growth and innovation. He then founded and led a successful management consulting practice for ten years, advising over 60 clients across Europe, North America, and South Africa. In 2011-2016, Dmitry played a pivotal role as a director at the international airport of Saint-Petersburg, overseeing its modernization with a €1.2 billion CAPEX investment. Following his achievements in aviation, Dmitry joined a large international timber holding as Vice President, where he initiated and constructed three innovative production facilities within five years, showcasing his strategic and project management expertise. Currently, as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of The Future Food Foundry (3F), Dmitry combines his strategic development skills with his experience in building large industrial projects from scratch.

Dr. Mandar Godge is a renowned scientist, entrepreneur, and sustainability strategist based in Singapore, with over 20 years of expertise in sustainable agriculture and biofortification. His career is marked by a deep commitment to enhancing smallholder farm productivity, profitability, and environmental sustainability through the integration of culture and agritech innovation. Dr. Mandar has played a pivotal role in advancing light-specific regulatory signatures, metabolic reprogramming, pest and disease management practices, and biomass and nutrition enhancement for economically significant crops. His work has significantly impacted the field of agricultural science, particularly in the areas of crop breeding and sustainability. Prior to his role at The Future Food Foundry, Dr. Mandar was the Lead Scientist at Temasek Polytechnic, where he led the development of the institution's Agritech R&D roadmap until 2023. During his tenure, he secured and completed over 10 million in research funding from prestigious bodies such as the Ministry of Education, Singapore Millennium Foundation (Temasek Innovates), Singapore Food Agency, and Temasek Polytechnic Translational Research Funds. He also contributes to the technical committee of ISO standards on Data-Driven Agrifood Systems. At The Future Food Foundry, Dr. Mandar promotes human and environmental well-being through advanced crop breeding practices, integrating Human One Health principles. His work on non-GMO modulation of nutritional profiles in leafy and fruit vegetables has led to significant intellectual properties.
